Returns and Order Tracking
What is your returns policy?
You are more than welcome to return your item unless the product is non returnable (this applies to toothbrushes, or any unsealed hygiene products.
Please do your best to handle and repackage the items with care. Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, undamaged, free of stains, dirt, pet hairs, perfume and have all original tags.
How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you.
Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this (within 24 hours) with a tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the location. It timeline does not include holidays.
Can I return separate orders in one parcel?
Yes. Please coordinate with our customer service department before shipping out any return parcel.
Can I check the progress of my return?
Our customer service department will inform you once they received the parcel. Also check your tracking number to confirm receipt.
How do I return my parcel?
Kindly contact our customer service department if you wish to return any of your parcel. We urge our customers to take videos of their parcels upon receipt and opening as proof, if in case there was damage during the shipment
